Mother of god. I had that pencilled as almost a sure loss at the beginning of the season. Losing to OU and now this pretty much guarantees an L with a playoff on the line. Oh well, I guess it’s basketball season.

Fortunately our ship is captained by a man who knows how to handle road games in hostile environments against unranked opponents. We'll be fine.

Auburn has an interim coach.
We lost to Kentucky and Vanderbilt in our last two SEC games.
Even our vaunted defense was destroyed by Pavia.
We are not even sure who our quarterback will be and the captain of the team left weeks ago.

Since the iron bowl went to JHS in odd years in 1989 Alabama has never won 3 straight there
