No offense, but you missed the point.
For the ‘sips to make the playoff, they would need far more than “taking care of their own business.“ They would need multiple losses from other teams and the whimsy of the football gods.

You have to specify which "Sip" these days. We have the Tea variety and the Misses variety.

If that game was at all competitive then maybe if all the stars aligned and a weird chain of events happened including a collapse of multiple other teams.
But after UGA anally raped them last night-no. Texas is not a playoff team and built a little good will up barely beating a down trodden MSU and UK team, then reverted right back to standard form last night.
They were wildly over ranked over the past couple of weeks and they will go back to where they should be now.

Probably the best thing for A&M was a game like yesterday. Now they understand rat poison, and they still won. Resilience. That is a function of the head coach and his culture.

Cope harder. 10-0 is 10-0. You can dismiss the road win at ND all you want but they have destroyed every team since and are likely a host Playoff team.
A&M just needs to keep winning but I know folks like you will say "Well, Texas sucked this year and you lucked out getting a down Bama team in the SECCG" as your next talking points.
