Win TWO national titles...hell, maybe even more Come on down Lane, your buddies O, Frank and Austin want to reunite and finish what you all started. Hell, Golding is even from South LA and has coached a bunch in this state, you know he is game.

Would be an exciting hire for sure. For the xtra pettiness coming from Ole Miss fans, I would love it.

But, unfortunately, according to the Gator fans...his ex wife went to UF so we need to worry about that. Oh and dreams of being Spurrier

LSU fans fantasizing about winning national championships with Ole Miss coach. What a time to be alive.

I'm in the camp of thinking Lane stays at Ole Miss but.... it has happened before. And within the last decade, too.

He's fine. He can be exciting. I just don't think that he's a championship coach. Why pay that much money for that?

I wanted to respond, "Retire there after a long successful career and part on good terms with all parties content."

But, I didn't type it. Almost typed it though.

Just one where 4 separate coaches have won national championships.

Kiffin and the rest of the college football world is watching your program trying to renege on the contract terms of the coach they just fired. You will be lucky to get even an above average coach now.

Not saying he can't become that but I tend to agree. Still, who out there who's available is a championship coach right now?

I mean he wasn't a Heisman winner:

But he is an offensive expert.
He talks pretty good shite.
He wears a visor
