Who would it be and why?

I would not trade my Coach for anyone.

Pretty darn happy with Elko

Not really a swap but making Kirby the head coach of Florida or kiffin somewhere bland like Iowa would be funny. The real play would be swapping Paul finebaum out with Danny kennel having Danny rage bait the heart of sec country would probably very entertaining tv. New swear words might even be invented

I'm not enamored with anyone currently coaching or recently fired in the SEC.
Kirby deserves respect for what he's accomplished, but I don't know if he could do it at a place like Arkansas. Which is ironic because I'd hoped we'd try to get him after we fired Petrino and he was stil DC at Bama.
I don't know how much of Kiffin's success is him and how much is Ole Miss ponying up the NIL. All I know is Lane was not particularly successful before now.
Elko is looking good, but I still need to see more.
Drink is the closest to proven at a place like Arkansas, but he's a fricking dork. Pass.
Those are the guys who would be in the running against the field. Honorable mention Lea, but he was arse before Pavia. Honorable mention DeBoer, but he give Chad Morris vibes. I'm not convinced Washington was anything but fools gold. And Bama tenure is too early.
Edit: You motherfrickers either can't read or don't understand a hypothetical or both. Sad. Go back and read the question that prompted the thread. Write it in crayon if it helps.

I'd take Kirby over Heupel. Besides that, no other coaches really stand out. Idk how Ryan Day would be in the SEC and its way too early in Karen debeor's tenure to know for certain

Who will be the first LSU or Florida poster to say Lane? Are the brave enough.

I wouldn’t much mind Kirby as coach at Texas

I promise you none of the coaches you named are enamored with Arkansas either.
Have you considered that the problem is Arkansas?

If he wins another national title, he can lose any regular-season game.

Well, considering I wanted Elko when we hired Freeze I’ll bite here and stick with him
Why?
He is super intelligent and hard nosed but likable
His in-game coaching at Duke and now aTm is second to none

Kirby is the only coach in the conference that’s a clear tier above the rest
