He looks happier than jim neighbors with a wheel barrel full of buttholes. If only he wasn't leaving this week to go coach in baton rouge. Going to be rough these next few years seeing him in purple and gold.

This has always been silly. The Sabans are Alabama more than they are anything or anywhere they've ever been. More than Michigan St., more than LSU.

Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium
The Sabans are part owners in 3 restaurants in Tuscaloosa
They have a house there. He has an office in the stadium. Both his kids married Alabama students. His son runs his Birmingham Mercedes dealership. His daughter had her wedding reception in the stadium.
Saban has no draw to anywhere besides Alabama.

Sir, Nick Saban spent 4 years in Baton Rouge a quarter century ago.
His accolades from Alabama are miniscule to what he accomplished at LSU.
