CBS messed up big time by choosing the top heavy league that rarely play each other instead of the one with good games and big fan bases.
Good riddance. I like the ABC formula better anyway. We have great games all day instead of them all being bookended by the 1 afternoon game.

I know Gary is a midwestern guy, but he must really hate his job these days.

He’s retiring after this season.

CBS used to televise the SEC games at 2:30 CST. They did for many many years. Now CBS televises the Big 10. Hopeless this cleared up your confusion

Are they still rowing the boat up there at Minnesota, or did they give that up?

That sounds like a game with a weird trophy; something like the old wooden toilet.

Not only that, but NBC and FOX get the better games.

Danielson hasn’t been sharp as a commentator in years. If he is retiring it’s long past due.

I would think at some point those networks giving out big contracts to the Big Ten have to demand that they supply some better games

Ah yes the battle for Floyd of Rosedale!
Minnesota does have a few cool trophy names.

Hell I’d almost rather have some FCS games on television rather than some ACC/C-USA/Big ten games on there
