I just want to know how many wins Venables needs to stay safe. The coach hiring waiting room is pretty miserable this season.

I'd say 8 wins gives him another year because there's so many openings. Unless they back channel a HR hire before firing him.

Except they were also outplayed by auburn and needed the officials to secure the win on top of losing to Tejas.
