I can't believe it's still around, I've got a bunch of late 80s pro wrestling shows from there. The promotion died when the Boutwell was temporarily closed for renovations and so they had to run shows at the fairgrounds in the hood.

Went to a handful of concerts there back in the day (1980s), last time went though was I believe in the late 90s, maybe real early 2000s. It was to see Prince when he was in that weird phase where he had the symbol for his name.

Birmingham has a rich history for wrestling. Gulas ran the territory at one point.

As for this game it’s sloppy but we’re really good in flashes. Looks like October basketball. Lot of mistakes.
