#1 in Yards per game
#1 in Total yards
#1 in Passing yards per game
#1 in Points per game
#1 in Total points scored
#3 in Rushing yards per game

Have fun gumps! We are coming to Tuscaloosa to make a national statement. Dline generates more pressure than anyone in the country.

But most significantly, Joey freaking Football has ice flowing through his veins.

Yall must be the number one team in the country then, right?

Yes, but we have Tim Banks as the DC.

That means we need every single yard and point to squeak out wins.

If we had a defense we would walk to the NC game. As it stands, other teams score at will on us.

Nothing will pad the offensive stats of an opposing team like a Tim Banks defensive scheme.

Our dline is much better. LSU is soft. We just haven't been healthy injury wise on D and lots of young lions getting their SEC feet wet.

Just one missed FG away from being undefeated right now. Offense is undefeated though.

What's crazy is that you were a die hard Mississippi State fan when you joined last month.....

Should be a great challenge for our improving defense. Missouri was just certain we wouldn't be able to stop the unstoppable Ahmad Hardy and we held him to 52 yards rushing. They were certain their QB was going to carve us up and I think he ended up with less than two hundred yards passing and two INT's to boot. I'm looking forward to the challenge.

I am also looking forward to see how your defense handles our offense. You're averaging giving up 29 points per game and have the worst pass defense in the SEC. That should be interesting to watch.

Ain't gonna mean jack if they can't keep Simpson off the field, opponents losing the TOP is why Alabama's 5-1 as opposed to 2-4 at best

Not sure if this is a good thing, Mizzou got home a few against Simpson and he still got the ball out accurately in pressure moments

Mizzou played no one before Bama. Yawn.

Go get Jim Knowles from Penn State. He’s gonna need a new gig when they hire a coach

Drink/Moore only giving Hardy 12 touches in a football game when it could've been the biggest win in Mizzou history is coaching malpractice, especially when Mizzou got back in the game at 17-17 in the second half, didn't have to abandon the run

Simpson is legit and will get his yards. But we should also be able to generate some turnovers and plenty of tackles for a loss and sacks.

If our D doesn't play better Simpson is going to absolutely feast.

Not my problem and is nothing but excuses. If's and but's are for whiners and excuse makers. The game was played, and the game was won by Alabama. When you lose your excuses you'll find your way.
