The wrong team is favored this weekend

The Alabama name and tradition carries at least a TD edge with the betting public

Misery 27
Bama 17

I think it has more to do with the fact that Missouri hasn’t really played anyone that good and the fact that Drink can never win the big games (Will Lee says hello to Tiger fans, btw).

Now tell us how many top 25 teams they’ve each faced.

Is Florida State still ranked after back-to-back losses in the ACC?

he's beaten a handful of top 20 teams but no top 10 (at near full strength anyway). He needs to get over that hump

They dropped out with only 93 votes. Which is 28 more votes than Florida has.

Unless I'm mistaken Misery beat Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl

true but tOSU finished 10 (just barely in) and I'm subtracting a little for their starting QB opting out. I shall edit my response

Since you won’t answer

Bama 20-9

Mizz - 2-10

These programs are not the same. Missouri craves respect but refuses to schedule decent opponents.

Earlier this week, our Mizzou posters advised that Missouri's biggest win in the Drinkwitz era was a home win over 5-5 LSU in the Covid year.

That's pretty bleak. No doubt if Missouri wins this week, it would be the new highlight of Drink's tenure.

Yes, but you shy away from scheduling tough OOC games, and right or wrong it hurts you with public perception.

You go beat Bama this weekend and Missouri will go a long ways to establishing themselves as a top 20 program.

Most models have Missouri winning by 10. So, we'll see.

No but UGAand Vandy are. Now, how many ranked teams has Mizzoo played? I'll hang up and listen to your answer.

Bama will skull frick Mizzou. The tigers will not be prepared for the speed and physicality of a top P4 team. They will implode.

Missouri has played one of the weakest, if not the weakest, schedule year in, and year out, of every team in this league. GTFO!

Didn't Missouri just soil their trousers last year aginst Alabama and A&M?

Getting blown out on a big stage carries a lingering memory.

I seriously thought Alabama would be favored by 7 or so points this Saturday.

Outside of last year (which was a top30 SoS), I would love to see you back up the year-over-year claim.
