at Missouri (#19)
Tennessee (#15)
at S. Carolina
Off
LSU (#13)
Oklahoma (#5)
Eastern IL
at Auburn

Bama can lose one more game and still make the playoffs, but every game (with the exception of Eastern Illinois) is potential loss.

Get through the next three games (2-1 worst case), then with a week off, you have LSU and Okie at home, another off week basically, then Auburn.

I’ll take that.

Predictions?

7-0

This team believes in each other and are playing as a TEAM! Everything after that is icing.

What you said.. who cares who’s on the schedule next. To quote Damion Square: “we BAMA. it ain’t their fault they next on the schedule”.

I have faith our HC is a good one and our OC is a bad man. Don’t know what to make of our DC but I know we got talent on that side of the ball. Get it together and I’ll catch yall in the playoffs.

Top to bottom this is one of if not the single toughest schedule Bama has ever played.

Jam Miller going for 136 on 6.2YPC against what had been a really solid defense is going to have a lot of DCs up late figuring out how to defend Bama moving forward.

Get by Missouri and I love our chances to at least only have 1 loss. That’s the trickiest game imo

USC and LSU are posers imo. UT and OU (if Mateer is healthy) are the scariest.

6-1 is doable, 5-2 more realistic

Missouri is the scariest to me. UT will be tough but their defense is absolutely garbage and it’s at home

If our OC can be consistent in his play calling and Ty can learn to throw the ball away when he has to this offense could be really damn good.

The other thing is that everyone except USCe gets either a bye or a cupcake before us.

Next week is gonna be tough. Mizzou's RB is a beast.

We get Tennessee, Oklahoma and LSU at home.

Auburn voodoo might run out if Freeze is fired.

With that schedule a 3 loss team should get into th cfp if they're truly going to value sos.

That being said, 10-2 would be outstanding with that schedule.

Missouri is the ultimate trap game though. Massive Georgia game...then a huge Vandy revenge game...then you're on the road for a 11am kickoff against a team that can really run the ball. Dangerous.

Oklahoma's is worse.

quote:

Alabama's, Oklahoma's

at Missouri (#19), Texas (9)
Tennessee (#15), @ S. Carolina
at S. Carolina, Ole Miss (4)
Off, @Tennessee (15)
LSU (#13), Off
Oklahoma (#5), @ Alabama (10)
Eastern IL, Missouri (#19)
at Auburn, LSU (#13)

We get them at home...adv. Bama.
We get Tennessee at home, they go to Knoxville....adv. Bama.
We go to Missouri, they get Missouri at home...adv. Okla.
We both get LSU at home...push.
We both go to S. Carolina....push

For the remaining games, we go to unranked Auburn and an FCS team. They get Texas (9) and Ole Miss (4). Adv. Bama.

If Texas doesn't figure out their Arch problem they're going to struggle to make a bowl game.

Crazy that Bama has around half their schedule being ranked teams meanwhile schools like Texas Tech and Miami are playing like 2 ranked teams all year

All these people pushing for the sport to be more like the NFL and every conference “to get a chance” meanwhile the strength of schedule difference are enormous unlike the NFL. But they don’t care

They might be if they get smart and bench Manning. I don’t see that happening

Still want us to demonstrate that we believe our OL and backs can get a tough yard between the tackles because we can’t finesse our way to those kind of conversions forever. However, Jam doing that was a sight for sore eyes at least in term of watching our run game in 2025.

Exactly. We have 7 ranked opponents on the schedule. That's insane compared to other teams around the country.

And in cfb, wins don't matter - only losses.
