New Hiring Rules

We should come up with things that always seem to go bad and make them rules against a hire.
Example:
New Rule: never hire a co offense/defense coordinator, if they aren’t good enough to do it solo at their school, they shouldn’t be hired as your main.

If everyone in media things a prospect has too much "baggage", hire them.

Don't hire someone just to get certain players to follow. Even if they're their kid
If he was mediocre elsewhere, dont expect anything better here

Not allowed to hire Gus or anyone tied to Gus
Jerry not allowed to help identify next coach
ADs job security directly tied to FB coach success
No new contract negotiations after only one year of success

If they've never been at least a coordinator, they aren't qualified for the job
