It saddens me to say, the days of good ol' Texas 8&4 could be passing us by. Face it, A&M (formerly 8&4), throws as much or more cash at this NIL bonanza as anyone, and it is foolish to believe they will forever stumble around as 8&4.
At best, Aggie may have 2 losses on their remaining schedule, no sane person can sift 4 losses from that. And heaven forbid - 1 loss is even likely. Undefeated is a stretch but the 1-2 loss realm is a done deal for this 2025 Aggie campaign.
It's been nice, it's been fun, but Aggie is fixing to get real.
Shite.

Miss State, LSU, Missouri, and Texas are very high probability losses. South Carolina, Florida, and Arkansas are unlikely but possible losses. Samford looks to be a cakewalk though.

Very high, as in greater than 70% probability. State has an offense, LSU has a defense, Missouri has both, and Texas can win despite Arch.

At the rate things are going (qualifier for LSUTigresFan’s benefit), we will be favored in those games or at least close to breakeven. Very high probability means that State has a 70%+ chance to win at Kyle Field. That’s a funny joke.

Felt great to see the Ags beat Barn to make it 3 straight at Kyle, so I'm just gonna enjoy the W this week.
Payback tour rolls on, but I expect a close game with State this weekend.
