8.5 might have been marginally high, but -3 seems like a joke.

Is there some Miami injury that only betting insiders know about?

The early bets are usually from those who do this for a living, later bets are usually public. Not sure what they are seeing, hate Miami but we probably get blown out. I will watch hoping we win, but will drink a ton of beer.

Idk who SEC Mike is but it seems like he's just making up random shite. Its 8.5 to 7.5.

Prior to last night I didn't know anything about the LSU/UF game other than that LSU won and lagway through a ton of picks. Didn't get to watch it live.
Last night watching SEC in 60 (probably my favorite show on TV for real, absolute must watch if you aren't already recording it do it now) and I came away with a lot different mindset than I thought I would.

I expected to see UF looking like a HS team that will lose all the rest of their games. What I saw instead was a close game that UF simply couldn't do anything with, although granted much of it was their own fault. They had a 90 yard TD that was brought back due to a holding. They threw 5 INTs. They had one guy (baugh) who looked unstoppable in the highlights that apparnetly they didn't feed very much (haven't check box score so idk). They had a defense that only allowed LSU to score 13 points. This was a 3 point game at half and ended as only a 10 point margin. All on the road in a hostile environment.

All that to say.... it woulnd not surprise me in the slightest to see them hang tough with miami.

We do have a good defense this year...but our offense has to be better Lag needs to learn how to read defenses and check down. Hopefully he will get better, he has the physical tools, but mentally needs a ton of improvement.

He saw an old line he thought was legit and couldn’t take 5 seconds to verify it

Hmm sounds like bettors actually understand the QB vs defensive scheme/coverage matchup. Florida has a real chance to win this game bc of that

i don't see them winning. i could see it being a game where miami wins by ten points, but it never seems like florida has a real shot

Napier didn't adjust after Baker did and put their offense in a choke hold. Baker came out guns a blazing and Napier was destroying us on screens. We switched to nickel and dime coverages which somehow confused the shite out of Lagway and Napier never adjusted

Don't expect him to adjust more than 1 time. He has a plan that never works, a back up plan that works 50/50. Then he says screw it and goes random.

It opened at -3 on ESPN Bet. Everywhere else set the line at -7.5.
