They haven’t found a single good coach in 15 years…

The once mighty Florida Gators as Verne Lundquist would say. Hard to believe Urban Meyer was the last good one. How is that even possible? Florida needs to get good again. The SEC is more interesting when they’re in the race.

It is pretty bizarre, some would say intentional

Just no instinct for this shite
Mullen wasn't awful but you kind of knew his ceiling. But he was the right call - someone with P5 experience. Not a G5 nobody with a couple of ok years, not a Saban coordinator.
They keep hoping to win the lottery and now they can't even get a free ticket

It’s the DisneyGators. The CAW has been correct all along. They want to deep six the athletics programs at UF.

Sort of like the Miami Dolphins and Marino.

Because they were only twice mighty. Once under Spurrier and once under Meyer.

UF is not a "traditional power", but rather a middle of the road program that caught fire twice: Spurrier and Urban. But money talks, and they should have that. I would think the problem must lie with their AD's.

Napier is the worst of the bunch.

That argument doesent make sense they ran the 90s look at all our sec championships ok the we were really good before urban just took wasn't a great play caller

I mean Bama was elite under 2 coaches as well, with a little bit of success sprinkled in between, and a lot of bogus claimed championships

Trolling, i know, but Alabama has won more games, more conference games and more conference titles than any SEC team, and more AP/Coaches Poll titles than any team in the nation. More playoff games and playoff titles too.

I blame the UAA. They’ve been around since Foleys days. They still think they can pick up a coach on the cheap.

Agreed but like bear said if they ever get a coach …

Muschamp was good. But yea..Stricklin is terrible. He will hire the next coach and it will probably be a shocker. Kiffin and Lanning, are my semi realistic picks, so they are not on Stricks list prob.

They’ve hired two good coaches in their history.
They are what they are at this point
