The guy is quietly working his way up to being a head coach.
I don't follow careers as closely as I probably should, but I've tried to keep up with where he is because he is, "low-key," one of my favorite former Tigers.

Love Kodi. Who doesn't love Kodi? He is a former Auburn guy that I really would not mind seeing as HC one day in the future. USF keeps up what they are doing, he may be moving up again pretty soon. I hope the pressure treated pine and steel merchants at the top are following his career and keeping him in mind.

Followed kodi since his HS days when he was a year older than me lol. He was the first dual threat QB that we recruited I really wanted and boy that worked out in the most wild way. Glad to see him doing well!

Was the Raiders RB coach but Pete Carroll didn't retain him when he took over. I'm sure he'll land somewhere in college football soon enough.

I remember being really happy for Kodi when he scored a TD in the natty. No one on that team deserved a championship more than Burns. He always did whatever was asked of him to make the team better.
Wish nothing but the best for him.

I was looking up Kodi at USF and started looking at Golesh the HC there. If things don't work out with Hugh, looking at what they have been able to do so far and the offenses he put on the field at Tennessee, that guy might be someone to look at possibly. And he could bring Kodi with him.

My nephew's step-brother plays for USF. The kids absolutely love Golesh and he's getting some great results.
Would not be upset at all if we gave him a look.

I would like to see Golesh have success with different QBs as HC before we grabbed him. This Byron Brown player has been solid for years in the fantasy world.

He did a good job with Hooker and Milton at UT. Think they both played better than they were.
Of course that was as OC.

How many guys would have swallowed their pride like he did in 2009 and embrace the move to WR? HUGE life lessons in what he did in the face of how much he was obviously hurting..
In the era of NIL, the transfer portal, and me, me, ME, how many guys would do that now? NONE. Something has been taken from college athletics and all of us. It's sad, and we will NEVER get it back.
