Pros?

Cons?

Enjoyed visiting some of the stadiums?

Miss the Big 12?

Thoughts and discussion are encouraged.

Not an Oklahoma fan but I’m going to take a stab at it.

Pros? More money.

Cons? Harder schedule

Enjoy visiting some of the stadiums?
Beats going to Texas Tech and Kansas St.

Miss the Big 12?
Yeah, they went 6-7 last year.

I like the schedule change. It is more interesting playing Bama than it is Iowa St. Glad we are not going to Lubbock or Manhatten.

The change of conference came at a time of change of coaches and offenses and with the changes in the portal and NIL. So those internal and overall changes kind of overshadowed the change in conference because they both are massive.

Overall I am glad to be in the SEC. I dont miss the Big 12 at all.

To be fair OU probably would have been 6-7 in the Big 12 last year too with everything they had to deal with. Having said that it was getting boring winning that thing almost every year. I think OU had more Big 12 titles than the rest of the teams combined. As a season ticket holder for 26 years now I'm ready for a new adventure.

I enjoyed the trip to Norman last season ... ate at a good restaurant, enjoyed the tailgating.

Looking forward to y'all coming to Billy Brice and playing in the Cock Pit next month.

I think the Sooners have been a good addition. Most all of their posters seem to be good folks and they fit in culturally. Glad they're here.

I, for one, am glad to have y'all.

OU is the best school added to the SEC.
- Good football pedigree
- Friendly fans
- Good food
- Hates all things Texas.

I love it and always wanted us to leave for the SEC. I was starting to think I was never gonna see it happen. I wanted us to come when Texas AM did. I love the big games in Norman. Schedule is obviously harder but I love it. Hopefully, we do better this season.

Does Bama bother you?

They both did it the same way, and both coaches split town when the rules changed

Lived in Oklahoma for about a year when I was single.

No BS…some of the nicest, most genuine, most welcoming people I’ve ever met.

When they say, “Yall come!” They actually mean it.

Great state.

I've always been jealous of the sec....night games in baton rouge vs aimes or Lubbock? The fans are over the top in a good way....and that food.....
