I would take Sark as HC and Pruitt as the DC any day of the week over what we currently have

Sark is a great option as long as you force him to hire an OC for redzone

Scheurman DC at UGA is probably ready but assistants are always a crapshoot when you are asking them to run an entire program but it worked out for Smart who paid his dues and Lanning looks legit as well

Alabama has to figure the NIL portion of this out before they hire a coach.

Doesn't have to be plucked from the Saban Tree.
Not all of The Bears disciples worked out after Stallings.
Could be pulled from another source. There are plenty of young candidates out there.
BTW OP .... there are still a couple of Bama connections out there not associated with Saban. Dabo of course (lol - no) and some others.

The Process is gone. Everyone can process checks now.

This one is definitely not true.

Go poach Tommy Rees from the Browns. He’s gotta be cheap and he’d leave a dumpster fire pro franchise for Alabama

What about:
**Brent Key** - Head Coach, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (Georgia Institute of Technology)
**Charles Huff** - Head Coach, Marshall Thundering Herd (Marshall University)
**Lance Taylor** - Head Coach, Western Michigan Broncos (Western Michigan University)
***ETA to correct stupid copy and paste...

You would need to bring his OC, Buster Faulkner, with him.

Watch it be Kiffin if it's true Lanning isn't going anywhere.

Let's see here......
Sark has probably top 2 in NIL money. Alabama is lacking. Why would he take a step down?
Plus, frankly, he's not a great coach. If you put Sark on a mid-tier SEC team, he'd remain as a mid-tier coach. NIL is currently saving him.

How do you leave Schumann off the list? I was ready to give Schumann a shot last time

We sure that isn’t someone from the WR room? We know they paint their nails

So... you think DeBoar is better?

Give me Pruitt as DC, and that would solve most of our issues.
