I can’t tell if he’s Mike Shula or Mike Dubose.

Both of those coaches are better than this guy.

Ya'll are too uptight. Ya'll need to let loose and have fun.

DeBoer is another loss or two from saying, "it's not about who wins, it's about who has the most fun!"

It was pretty bad. This is not the guy for Bama at all.

All I heard was empty platitudes.

That was really bad....as in I have no confidence that this situation is going to improve this year.

I was impressed with the passion. He was flat out upset.

I don’t watch much of him, but Pate, after the hire, could NOT stop talking about how DeBoer is an absolute killer and psychotic like Saban was with details and prep.

I’m not saying y’all are wrong. I’m not saying I like the guy’s demeanor. I don’t like results.

But it has to be way too early to nitpick some of the things y’all do. There are PLENTY things to dissect. There is plenty to project out and ponder whether it’ll ever work at Alabama.

The truth is, there’s nothing he could say or do in a press conference to make this better. He could get up there and crash out, but if they continue to look like shite then it doesn’t matter.

I don’t want to hear about it. I heard about it all summer. I literally have no interest in watching another press conference. I want you to coach some fricking winning football

I will be 75 Wednesday, and I am still trying to recover from that Michigan game clusterfeck. Add Saturday to that and Houston we really have a problem.

He sounds like the Alabama Power spokesperson explaining when you might expect your power to be restored,

Is it all on DeBoer?

I hate that I find the issues with the team so interesting, because I want to just be angry and move on.

The OL being uber talented and being complete dogshit was an issue before DeBoer, no? Not being able to keep a good offense under 35(or way more) was an issue before DeBoer.

But then there are things that are 100% his fault. Why are we pulling starters in the 1st quarter of a rainy road opener? Why in the shite are running QBs going to lead their teams to almost never NOT scoring points every single drive?

Why did so many people here think Ty was so good last year?(I’m not out on Ty in the slightest).

It just feels like WAY more going on than a terrible head coach and AD ruining the football program.

wtf is happening

No of course not...

The transfers hurt big time, but we should have been using the portal to get DTs as best we can. Texas sure did... dont think we can plan that NIL game though.

Nick had trouble recruiting DTs there as well, we just dont have the difference makers in the mdidle anymore.

Misjudgement on OL especially interior was there before CKD

I thought the OL played better than last year, but just like last year we have a QB that takes forever to process so its hard to get a good read. The other shocking thing on the play calling is the lack of RPO calls. Is Ty not really capable of reading consistently like Milroe?

However, I am not defending CKD. He has to get these guys to play harder, but the talent is definitely not like it was in the past in the trenches. Plus we dont have an elite QB to bail us out. We are getting awful QB play 3 years in a row now.

Maybe one of the younger guys comes along but its a lot to ask without getting snaps. Ty was stunted getting so few.

The defense under Kane though has been abysmal. No way he survives to next season. Same thing beats us over and over

The same exact shite. It’s unreal.

I rather sell out to stop the run and let the secondary try to stand on their heads.

That’s what’s so frustrating. We aren’t or can’t let the real difference makers do their thing because of how shitty the bad is.
