1) LSU -- objectively, the most impressive W in the country
2) Georgia -- looked solid but not great. Jury still out.
3) Texas -- It wasn't the loss, it was how they lost
4) South Carolina -- Mmm I dunno.... Sellers me on this
5) Auburn -- I see ya! Now do that consistently, we good
6) Alabama -- see Texas. but Texas wasn't a 14.5 fav. 8-4?
7) Ole Miss -- they lost everybody. Could move up tho!
8) Tennessee -- That D needs work. Spoiler role, also ran.

What say y'all?

I’d put Auburn way higher. They looked pretty impressive

UGA beat them 34-3 last year and they had 1 win over a top 25 team all year. They are overrated as frick. But we did learn that there’s a lot of bad quarterback play this year.

I'd put Ole Miss and Tennessee over Alabama. And maybe one or two from the bottom half over Alabama.

I just can't fade an Alabama roster that quickly, if that makes sense.

They're now 4-5 vs FBS opponents last nine games tho. That's like at least 3 years worth of Saban losses. Bama is definitely smoking, but not burning just yet?

LSU had the most impressive win, followed by Auburn and Tennessee. South Carolina's defense played fairly well against VT but the O-Line looked atrocious and our lack of a consistent running game will cost us down the road. UGA, Mizzou, Florida, Ole Miss and Oklahoma looked dominant but played weak opponents. Didn't see much of Arkansas, Vandy, Mississippi State, Kentucky and Texas A&M. Texas has serious issues and so does Bama.

Their O didn't even cross the 50 yard line until our scrubs came in in the 4th quarter. What's your definition of 'great'?

I ain’t seen nothing out of South Carolina that suggests they’re anything but middle of the pack.

It was Marshall. At home.

Great is allowing 31 yards and 1.5 yards per rush at Clemson.

VT is no slouch. SC covered easily. That said, I suspect you will be proven correct!

Ole Miss scored the most points out of anybody. Quite obviously they are number 1.

I was not impressed at all. They barely looked like a top 25 team much less a top 5 team.
