Thank God. Tired of traveling to Oxford for easy wins. Would rather see Kentucky or Florida break my heart than a cupcake win.

Any idea what the rivalries they are going to keep are?
I swear to God if Auburn/Alabama type games are forsaken for money grabs like Texas/Alabama, I'm switching to pro fb

If it meant two permanent rivals, off the top of my head it'd be...
Georgia - Florida and Auburn
Auburn - Alabama and Georgia
Tennessee - Alabama and Vanderbilt
Alabama - Auburn and Tennessee
LSU - nobody considers LSU as their biggest rival, so who the frick knows

I know this was done to work with the B1G but I hate 9 game conference schedules. Uneven home/away is stupid. My preference with size of conferences is 10 and 1 P4 game OOC and one real cupcake

This is not good. More teams with more losses. Could keep some teams out of the playoffs. Plus Vandy will never see a bowl game again.

That’s short sighted and naive. The BIG and ACC are full of cupcakes. The SEC isn’t and it will lead to more losses. The playoff committee won’t give SEC teams bonus points for playoff 9 conference games
