Antonio Perkins for the trifecta vs UCLA but the all-time best punt return by a Sooner was by Joe Washington vs USC.
He catches the ball at the OU 48-yard line then retreats further and further backwards all the way to the 18-yard line with Trojans swarming to tackle him he suddenly explodes forward down the right sideline. Around the Sooner 30 a group of SC players seemingly have him but a spin move and getting his hand down on the ground to regain his feet he takes off again before being tackled from behind at the OU 43-yard line.
Final score: OU 7 - SC 7

I was at the game where perk returned 3.....to this day I'll never understand why they kept kicking it to him.
