Highest career earnings of an NFL player from your school?

Went down a rabbit hole today because I was curious whether Ryan Tannehill was going to play this year. (He’s a friend of a friend.)
Found a site that tracks career earnings and cap hits of all players. Turns out he has made almost 200 mil as a player, and is (AFAICT) the highest paid of any Aggie. Von Miller is not far behind (and still under contract), but QB’s are going to have a huge head start with this.
Question: Who has been paid the most of all players from your school?
Obvs, this won’t count endorsements. Just player contract stuff.

I assume Joe Burrow for NFL.

I followed Ryan since he was in high school. He was that Will Levis type QB with the perfect NFL measurables. 6’4” 220 lbs QB with a cannon of an arm, and 4.5 speed to boot. He was projected a 1st QB pick as a senior in HS.
I always wondered what NFL scouts knew about him that he was a projected 1st round QB even his freshman and sophomore years when he played WR. Then he was good but not great at QB, still went 1st round.
NFL ideal measurables are a real thing. Less risk I guess. Back in Ryan’s day, the league didn’t take chances on short QBs, or small hands, or under 180 lbs. They took risk on measurables, and coached them up at the position after the fact.
I always wondered what could have been of Jerrod Johnson if he hadn’t torn his rotator cuff against Georgia in a bowl. That injury never healed. It cost him to be benched for RT, and he went undrafted. I saw in an interview that it took him about 5 years to recover his strength on his throwing arm. He’s a QB coach on the Texans, and will be up for an OC spot soon

A) This is JUST player contracts. That’s all the website tracks (and only NFL).
B) Peyton only comes in at 247 mil, or about 50 more than Tannehill. Pretty glaring example of how contract timing, being “good enough”, and somebody willing to take less than he could get affects this.

I think I read somewhere years ago, Sam Bradford was the NFL’s last crazy paid QB (before they changed the rookie scale) and the most money without being a consistent certified starting QB.

Probably career backup QB Chase Daniel lol. Dude made an insane amount of money without ever once being a regular starter.
