Auburn winner gets Coastal Carolina winner, right?

You guys are probably gonna give us a beating on the links very soon, and then you can really feel better by sending us home in the Super and imo, even the score for basketball.
That's if we can somehow win the regional which isn't going to be easy.

I think with that regional our shot at getting to the Supers is really good... but our odds of beating Vandy are about as good as our odds were of beating OU in softball (that is to say, really bad).
Not impossible, but it will be a huge surprise if we make Omaha.

Bama might as well be a one seed with that pairing. Bama gonna take that super. We’ve already spanked Southern Miss this year and it’s basically a home game. We’re not that great, but wining 41 games is no easy task and we’re not even in the top 25 in some polls.

Agreed on a good shot at getting to the Super Regional. I disagree slightly about our chances against Vandy in a Super regional if we get there.
No disrespect to this year's Vandy team but facing this year's Vandy team as the #1 overall seed doesn't feel nearly as daunting as when we had to face #1 overall seed Wake Forrest a couple of years ago. That Wake team had at least two lottery pick starting pitchers and their offense was old school 1990s gorilla ball level with all the hitting and power they had.
It took Bama melting down and blowing a 7-2 lead in the 7th inning for Vandy to take the series 2-1 over Bama a few weekends ago.

Vandy is not all that, no one cares about the tournament anymore pretty much they want to save their pitchers. I think we split with them this year in the first 2 games, in Nashville, then had them 7-2 and they scored 3 in the 8th and 4 in the 9th (few home cooking balls and walks) to win 9-7.
My thing is we got the shaft, Coast. Car. Southern Miss and UCLA should all be below us with the schedule we had to play plus we beat SM and CC head to head. But I am OK with us playing So. Miss, but why shaft us with Miami, team who usually wins more.
No one is scared of Vandy, should be about a 7 or 8 seed imho. Auburn is overrated also.
