Kendall Rogers kept floating that Wes was a candidate for the MSU job.

If tweet fails to load, click here. He’s at $1.2 currently after the extension last year, expectation for new salary is well north of that number. Josh Brooks is aware that A&M and Carolina could open again soon and that DVH is likely to retire sometime in the near future, goal has been to make it rough for Wes to step away or be poached for the forseeable future

Yep. Good on Georgia for putting money into the program with the momentum that’s been generated. Scary program if UGA is getting the in-state guys that have been killing it elsewhere.

I mean I could see from a mile away that was all to make UGA pay up.

Good for them. Certainly would have been an upgrade for us, just didn't like him while in Starkville. Could be petty but glad he is staying in Athens.

MSU can’t even convince an alumn to come back. Why do their fans act like they are LSU baseball?
