Unc vatech Nebraska atm okie fsu ucla Washington nc state usce come to mind. I imagine op is looking for programs that achieve nothing ever but have good resources(example atm ucla usce) or programs that have/do compete but are currently face planting(okie fsu). Unc would be the most entertaining bc of the saban hood nfl connections and the fact that they are the respective goats of pro and minor league football(yes that’s where we are now)

I have a feeling that the lack of discipline/motivation on some of those otherwise extremely athletic guys would be shocking to him.
