Not all that impressed with the investigator. Failed to test Davis's blood for one. You'd think everything that could be tested would be tested in this case. Drew Davis blood but then left it in evidence storage.

Literally every LSU and AU fan on the SEC rant. You can just follow one of the 5 threads there and they will give you all the information. LSU fans talking shite about our culture is beyond hilarious given that two of their athletes are responsible for multiple deaths.

The one’s who helped to drive much of the sensationalist and downright deceptive narrative about this ordeal? No thanks.

Yesterday they said when detectives interviewed Davis after the shooting he didn't remember what happened but now he says he was scared for his safety. Either he was in shock, drunk, or lying.

They also have video of Davis shooting first. I everything about how it went today, but I'm suprised the defense has already rested.

I believe Tuscaloosa Patch has the most thorough articles, but admittedly I haven't bothered to look at al.com out of personal preference.

And their culture also involves stealing money from hospitals plus covering up sexual assault...

They actually don’t have evidence of who shot first. The prosecution’s case is built off a guy who turned his lights off following Miles and Davis. He also wouldn’t give investigators his iPhone passcode.

Really sad day for self-defense claims in the state of Alabama.

I could see it headed to guilty. Miles should plead down.

I think Darius is gonna be acquitted. Asia Humphrey testifying that it was in fact a Gun Jamea Harris passed to Cedric Johnson(which is what Miles claims he saw) is gonna be what sets him free.

I would hope so, but this should have resulted in Davis being acquitted also.

I believe his mask is on from the time they leave the bar.

This is travesty. It’s no way possible this case was strong enough for capital murder. The boyfriend and the victim were complicit in a plot to hurt Davis. If anything manslaughter should’ve been the charge. The investigators, judge and the DA were all corrupt in this case.

The defense is going to appeal the decision not to allow the evidence surrounding the felony amounts of marijuana found in the Jeep that no one was charged with possessing. Hard to imagine that not being relevant.

Yeah I mean running around with a ski mask with a gun after a verbal altercation isn’t great for a self defense argument.

Davis and Johnson should go to prison. Miles should walk. The Harris family should stop acting like victims and advise their remaining living family on the idea of “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”

Throw J Goodman in prison too just for fun. Case closed.
