This retard cost himself $1.5m and will have to play for some shite school instead of a team that just made the playoffs

He will get what he deserves.. less money for mediocre play.

Absolutely he and his daddy FAFO. They got way ahead of their skis as far as Nico's value and got scorched. Tennessee handled this just right.

Whatever team gets him...even for a dollar...should be endlessly ostracized.

On top of that he left Heupel who features the QB more than any school in the SEC

If they are going 6-6 without Nico it means they were going 7-5 at best with him.

Syracuse, UCLA, or Texas Tech are his likely landing spots. It will be interesting to see how much this actually hurts the Vols

I honestly don’t see how you guys could go worse than 8-4, one of the weakest SEC schedules I can recall

Watch... he'll agree to $1M then a week before opening day demand $4M or he's sitting out and whatever school lets him come will deserve every bit of it,.

9-3 is most likely assuming they have someone who can complete a forward pass. You can beat OU/Arkansas at home with bad/mediocre QB play. And State on the road.

Nico might’ve been the difference in winning at Florida if the QB play is subpar.

That's got to sting

I don't know if he was the cause of this, his agent, or his dad/family, but he needs better people around him to represent him and advise him. Sometimes athletes learn that the hard way, that you sometimes have to cut the ones you love out of your personal business, because they see those dollar signs too.

I understand your ire, Chad, but wanting to see him and by extension the athletes as a whole get their comeuppance, while tempting, isn't going to fix the problem. Neither is piling on somebody who does what they think they need to do to survive in the environment that's been thrust upon them. Besides, it's hard for there to be any ostracizing when 99% of the coaches in major college football have the same agent (that's grist for another discussion).

Arkansas sure, but I think OU will be improved this year.
