That’s just terrible luck. I mean the catcher probably should have just eaten the play but with no outs I can understand why he forced that throw.

I didn't look like a bad throw tho. The 1st baseman just didn't catch it.

I don’t think it was a bad throw. The angle was just terrible. Throwing right at the intersection of glove and runner. Any other point in the game you just tip your cap and eat that play because of how risky it is.

Yep. The catcher should've just held that one or threw it to the right side of the first baseman. The runner met the same location of the ball. The 1st baseman couldn't really do that much.

Texas had their chance to take the top spot today in conference. They lost and then we lost to keep interesting. Hopefully we both have around the same record when the series comes to Baum. Man that atmosphere is going to be something
