No Arkansas fan opinions wanted or needed.

With how stacked the league was, winning the regular season is a bigger accomplishment, imo.

Only three-peat national championship count at all.

J/K

Winning a regular season league title is a worthy accomplishment for any team. It measures outcomes in an 18 game schedule.

Winning a tournament is great.

Winning a series based championship is a step up.

In college sports, baseball probably has the best format to crown a champion. One game does not eliminate you.

As NIL and revenue sharing ramp up, we may see changes.

I could envision a regional with 4 basketball teams playing games 1 and 2 Wednesday. With winners of game 1 and 2 games playing Friday(game 3). Then losers of game 1 and 2 (game 4)playing Friday. Then loser of game 3 plays winner of game 4 on Saturday.

Sunday would be 2-0 vs 2-1.
If necessary go to Monday.

These guys are young and being paid. They can play back to back.

The best week, super regional.
Then elite 8 is like baseball.

Cajunbama watched a basketball game for the first time last year, and now thinks he can discuss basketball with any kind of authority.

Arkansas had more success in basketball between 1975 and 1985 than Alabama has ever had, and that wasn't even our best period of success.

What a pathetic response thread. The Gump fanbase really is in shambles.

I actually agree with this. Many swine have stated that the conference championship is meaningless, however they are some of the dumbest, most backwards posters on this site and no one values what they think or say hence I wanted everyone else’s opinion.

To the embarrassingly insecure Auburn fans who are still recovering from the choke job of the greatest team of all time, this had nothing to do with Joanie and the sweet hog taking a ginormous shite last night and falling face first into it.

I would rather make the elite eight than win the conference and lose before the second weekend.

I have seen this topic discussed before and wondered what everyone thought of it.

I personally think winning the conference is more impressive.
