2022 - Cain (He and House didn't get along. Went to NFL)
2023 - Lindsey (health issue, had to step down)
2024 - Davis (Went to the NFL).
The "problem" is a little overstated. Cain and Davis (Bo) are considered two of the best in the sport. Both went to the next level. Lindsey was just an unfortunate situation.

Does Davis recruit good talents or bad talents? Does he also develop the talents to be better talents? I'm not sure how I should be feeling.
