It’s because an extremely pretty girl gets so much attention thrown at her all the time it’s almost impossible for them not to end up narcissistic.

I mean if from the time you woke up to the time you went to bed you had women just begging for your time and to do you favors it would mess up your head too.

So yeah, extremely hot girls are usually a mess, but part of it is because of the trail of men chasing after them at all times.
