Analyst predicts LSU firing Tigers head football coach Brian Kelly after 2025 season

I am not surprised about this. I doubt he will be fired. He will win something like 10 or 9 regular season games this season. If he wins only 8 or less that might not cut it at LSU after having the best roster so far at LSU. Good Luck to LSU and their fans.

I doubt LSU can afford a 50 million buyout plus another round of coaching hires

Anyone putting BK on the hot seat for 2025 doesn’t have a clue…it’s not living in reality.
I do agree that if he wins less than 9 games in 2025 he will absolutely be on the hot seat going into 2026.
It doesn’t matter though. LSU has the best roster and coaching staff that it’s had in BK’s entire tenure at LSU going into 2025. LSU may not win a championship, but LSU will have a good season in 2025.

Glad to see LSU and Missouri have the same expectations in football

Sorry the prediction only counts if it’s on msn.com.

I had to google the “analyst” linked.
He’s a former Bama player, FWIW.

A) I think LSU will have a solid year
B) they would owe him way too much money

BK exudes Big Ten coach. He won't make it down here, and its time for LSU to respond.

it's baseball opening day, no one cares

Someday I would like to know the source of your bizarre obsession with LSU's football coach.

Why are the rest of you so desperate for LSU to fire BK? Is it because you realize he has the second best winning percentage of any SEC coach at their current school?

He needs a lifetime contract there imo.

Shut the frick up, it's baseball season.

"Analyst" is being used very loosely. "Kelly doesn't fit" "didn't win a title in year three"
This take is no better than the opinions thrown around on here.

Spent last night in the arms of a girl in Louisiana!
And though I'm out on the highway
My thoughts are still with her
Such a strange combination of a woman and a child
Strange situation stoppin' every hundred miles
Callin' Baton Rouge
A replay of last night's events roll through my mind
Except a scene or two erased by sweet red wine.
True Lefty was scorned by a beautiful young girl from Louisiana. Can’t get her out if his mind. Thus the hate. lol

They're too poor to fire him.
