Any game that is dominated by penalties is not really a game. It's a faulty game at best. Basketball was designed for 5'8" guys to SHOOT and make a basket. There were also such things as TRAVELING and turning the ball over when dribbling - ILLEGAL. But it's less exciting so we ditch the fundamental rules. Now we add rules which say NO DEFENSE ALLOWED. Therefore you allow the 7ft tall penetrator to go to the hoop, slam and swing or else..... whistle - penalty.
