Interesting that a lot of Georgia fans excuse the ND loss because of an injured player

Considering that when Alabama beat UGA in the SEC title game and then lost 2 starting receivers and lost a close game in the national title game, UGA fans cried “no excuses “ and Kirby Smart said you play the next up.

Stockton was next up.

The flaw in your thinking is “forgetting” that Uga overcame injuries to our starting qb, best WR, and pass rusher in 2021.

I’ve already moved on from the Sugar Bowl. We weren’t going to beat Ohio State anyway.

Some Alabama fans like you, however, will never get over that rematch loss.

I don’t think the loss was on Stockton. UGA had the same issues with Beck all season. Poor WR play, slow start, inability to run consistently, etc.

UGA didn't lose to ND because Beck was out. UGA got whipped on the OL.

Bennett was the only UGA QB to take snaps the last 5 games… as did Bowers. Maybe you should sit this one out.

Before 2021, you criticized Kirby for not having a better backup qb than Bennett. What a stupid claim that turned out to be.

Our best WR, George Pickens, and our starting qb, Jt Daniel’s, were going to be a dynamic duo in 2021, but both got hurt. Thankfully we had serious depth that season. Most teams wouldn’t overcome such issues.

He can’t develop a QB… he have established that already. That’s why any system he tries that doesn’t have 3 deep at D without falloff, and an experienced 5* Oline, a stable of 5* RBs, and multiple 5* TEs/WRs fails under him.

But Bennett was the starting QB for the last half of the season, Bowers was the best receiver option all season. So your statement was patently false. Unlike the ascertain that Bama at full strength likely beats UGA( they actually lost key guys the prior game and didn’t have the game times to adjust)

Nuance, once again. Maybe you can study the concept a bit while you try to explain a player open handedly supposedly pulling off another players helmet.

Alabama had a Heisman winner at QB and he threw INTs and got sacked 40 times.
No excuses.

I thought Alabama fans were better than this.

You got one dumbass talking about how 2019 LSU not the best ever because they had close gameS in one thread (even though besting 7 top 25 teams), while talking about how bama 1992 defense was one of best ever….yet they had close games with La tech and USM.

Then you got bama posters talking about Injuries.

Then you got balanced posters bitching about refs.

Rant,
I give you Alabama fans.
