I mean think about it.
Your talent acquisition is better under day than it ever was under Meyer, and you’re even making it to the playoff more than you did under Meyer. But you always lose the big game.
So essentially you’re no better than someone who didn’t make the playoff to begin with. Who wants to have that kind of culture? Notre Dame went through this same predicament for YEARS. Ohio State is lucky their coach is a god like recruiter. I would honestly chalk it up more to his receiver coach Hartline, because the receivers he puts out every year are crazy. Make their mid arse QBs look like all pros.
