Didn't Gundy just sit there in silence with a 1000 yd stare after that play ? Good stuff.

Was there to see it in person. One of the best (and most unbelievable) moments I've experienced in person as a very long-time Bama fan!!

Tua will be a king every time he steps in Tuscaloosa for the rest of his life. A great football player and man! His family are some great people too.

The full Georgia radio one is still the best. Listening to them get excited about the sack, be dickheads about Tua's name, and then immediately have their souls crushed was awesome.

Will forever love Tua. Probably the best moment of the best tradition in the history of college football.

I was there as well. Tons of Georgia fans. It cleared out exactly like 2011 when we beat LSU. You couldn’t find a Georgia fan after the game, it was a ghost town.

Those 2015-2020 Alabama teams were loaded.

Four straight National Championship Games and 5 out of 6.
79-6 record
3 National Championships
4 SEC Championships
4 SEC West Titles
6-0 Bowl record
2 Heisman Winners
8-2 playoff record

They were one play away from 3 straight National Championships from 15-17.

Most of the UGA fans sitting in my section last year cleared out in the second quarter.

That play is incredible.

That second half to get to that play, even more incredible. RMFT

For you - and still my favorite.

PS - When we win it all again - if you hear music, such as this song being played in Dicks parking lot at Patton Creek Hoover, as they open the doors for the rest of us to celebrate... come over and say hello.

Especially the missed FG in regulation for the win. How was that even BAMA's kicker?

100% agree. I love that call.

"I'm just gonna call him tongue tied from now on"

"He's got a man open ohmygod touchdown Alabama has won it"

The best sports Schadenfreude ever.

Idk. That Tejas high school game where the team recovered eleventy onside kicks to take the lead for the state championship only to have the other team win it on a kick off return with virtually no time on the clock is devastating. The announcers were giddy as school girls when they took the lead and then they sounded like their hearts had been ripped from their chests and they were being forced to look at them in their last moments alive is still right up there.

My wife still reminds me of the coffee table I broke during the celebration. She was dead asleep and woke up to me yelling and jumping around. I still did get chills.
