Every time I watch him he's different. Sometimes he looks like superman, other times, like some dude they pulled off the street.

He’s only good if he can run the ball. That allows him to build confidence and opens up the pass.

He just doesn't have it between the years. He doesn't understand the offense, coverages, protections, timing, and just about any other aspect of playing quarterback you can think of. He's really low functioning.

The number of times he's taken stupid sacks, running the ball and just diving into the ground instead of gaining yards, inability to mature the correct RPO read and made stupid throws should help you realize that he's a bad qb that makes bad decisions.

When he can’t run, he is garbage. When he can run (like against LSU), he truly controls the game.

Honestly an nfl coaching staff could actually use him how he could be used correctly. Someone will take him late.
He could be a Lamar type player, with even more emphasis on running first. A Justin Fields plug-and-run in short yardage scenarios like at Pittsburg.
