It's good to see our last 3 coaches ranked in the Top 17, yet Texas is nowhere to be found..

Enjoy this now because when we start playing each other it will change dramatically. 5 of the top 7 cannot hold.

SEC is a beast this year.

Thankfully, 64 teams get in come March ... rather than only 12.

Tennessee always seems to be ranked ahead of Kentucky. Football, basketball, baseball, it doesn't matter.

Not that the AP Poll really matters, but it’s clear some teams move up just for existing

3 weeks ago, UGA beat St John’s at a neutral site.

UGA received 29 votes the next day, St. John’s received 7

Since then:

Torvik rank in ( )

UGA def. Jacksonville (199) by 46
UGA def. Notre Dame (86) by 21
UGA def. Grand Canyon (85) by 5

St. John’s def. Harvard (261) by 13
St. John’s def. Kansas St (59) by 17
St. John’s def. Bryant (147) by 22

Today:

UGA receives 18 votes, St John’s receives 50 votes

Tennessee alters always have Kentucky on their minds.

No argument from me.. I've wanted to get rid of him for over a year..

I think CDC should hire the UConn coach!

* wishful thinking *

Not sure how Hogs are not ranked. Seems like they have righted the ship and are getting better each time out.
I guess that will take care of itself if we can keep it going in conference play.

that was such a lazy DEI hire for Texas. He was nowhere near qualified for that job and Texas can get damn near anyone they want

I agree that is bullshite, but 3 weeks ago the two teams were 1 vote apart. It seems like most of the separation occurred after St Johns beat Kansas State, who doesn't appear to be that great this season.

Yep, no way Georgia should be below them. Typical bias in the media.

They also passed us after beating Harvard by 13 while we beat Jacksonville by 46.

I don’t think it’s a super mindful thing, just journalists looking to round out their Top 25 and going “Oh St Johns won this week let’s throw them back in”

Edit: nvm on the first part I got the dates wrong
