Went to a meaningless bowl in FL in 2010 after a 3 loss season and played against a team from MI... Wrecked the SEC for many years after

It was "officially" over the second saban left.
It was essentially over already by that point though. Saban's last 3 years saw them lose 2 games each season. They went 3 straight years without a natty (which I will again point out, like I always do, that that fact by itself is still staggering and shows how insane the dynasty run was). Both of those facts above hadn't been done since 2006 - 2008.

Won't be officially over until teams stop rushing the field after every win and there isn't a national day of celebration when they don't make the postseason field.

I don't think you can call yourself a dynasty for losing 3 games and missing a playoff field that just tripled in size.
Bama is still a really good program but they are not the dynasty of 2008-2020.
