If bama is in with one loss we gotta bench starters cause zero chance of getting left out. Precedent set. Game only important for a team not in otherwise. Play second string. Bad precedent

Those two teams that played yesterday sure look like it meant something. Plus , the coaches get huge bonuses for winning the SEC championship.had SMU lost by 10 or more, I think Bama would have been the last team in today.

Actually they do…Clemson used it to make it to the playoff and SMU didn’t get punished for making it and losing the game thus allowing Bama to once again back door their way into a playoff where they didn’t win their division like years past and not even make it to the conference title game…
Conference games do matter to the teams that makes them…you are no longer Back Door Bama…
