Explain this to me then. Im an electrical engineer.

You can see in the profession that once you turn 50 your days are numbered. Lots of layoffs in that range to get younger people.

If engineers are so rare and hard to get why throw away almost everyone from 50+?

Oh yeah they are too expensive. Thats the real reason.

How would you know? Its not like thats given as a downsizing reason.

You can see that companies that have layed off in the news still have h1b so that shows that they are not first on the chopping block.

You dont think they can charge the dad for improper storage? They will find something since they were in the same house.

Plus all the wrongful death possibilities. If they saw any signs of this psychotic behavior and didnt report it i would think they are open for suits.

Not sure they will be moving on. If son got the gun from dad there will be some kind of charges for sure. Kind of like the crumblys. They need a lawyer.
