UNLV qb just Milroe'd.
Just watching JaxSt. Their qb runs the RPO better and throws short and intermediary passes better.

He has pretty good record against the top 25. I’m not a Milroe fan either, but we gonna ride with him whether you, me, or Barry like it, or not.

I've resigned to watch Milroe finish this season. I just can't help but pay attention to qb play. OU shut Milroe down at the LOS. He was forced to win that game with his arm and lost by 3 TDs. On the other side of that coin BAMA could've beaten LSU without completing a pass. Is Milroe the best athlete in college football? Maybe. Has UNLV gotten better qb play this season? Has Boise? Has JaxSt? Yeah x 3.
You can't judge simply by W/L record. That's silly.

Absolute Dime by Boise qb.

JaxSt qb has numbers as good as Milroe did vs WestKY.

According to the so called draft experts, he’s better than most of them. Here’s the first mock draft I looked up.

Cleveland is precisely the kind of franchise that would draft Milroe. Lol. They've had such success drafting qbs in the past.

Yeah I could see a reasonably smart organization maybe taking a chance on him in the 6th or 7th round. Maybe a situational type player. Maybe teaching him a few different positions because he is a really good athlete. But 1st round and 8th overall is insane to me.

They will think they can fix him and someone will lose there job over taking him because teams are always hungry for QB’s

He has zero future as an NFL qb. I mean, he'll get drafted, then everyone in the franchise will wonder how Bama ever won a game with him.

Draft grade does not equal skill. His projected status is because of ceiling as a project

Jalen Milroe could legitimately win the NFL MVP award some day. That’s his ceiling.
He could also be out of the league in three years. That’s his basement.
You can’t make reasonable statements about him because he’s off the charts in most categories… some in a positive way and some negatively.
But if Hurts can make the jump then the possibility is there that Milroe *could* as well.
Keep in mind Milroe has been better statistically in almost every category than Hurts was during his time at Bama despite playing under three OCs, one of whom openly didn’t want him or spend any time developing him.
Any team that drafts him better go all in like the Eagles did in building their system and personnel around his capabilities or that GM will be fired within 2 years.

Hurts numbers were also as a true freshman (very few true freshman have ever started and played well) and sophomore. While Milroe was/is in his 3rd and 4th year. Milroe has a 153 passer rating with 15 TDs to 10 INTs this year so far while Hurts had a 150 passer rating in 2017 with 17 TDs and 1 INT. I know those numbers are not the end all be all as a passer but Milroe is not that drastically more effective when considering the good AND bad. Yes he had different coordinators but he was still 2 full years ahead of Hurts. Honestly Milroe was better last year as a passer despite having 2 worse receivers and constant bad snaps. He's regressed
Sure I suppose some QB guru can fix him but the improvement that Hurts and especially Josh Allen made are rare.

Your question is he better than any team in the top 25? He beat 3 of those teams this year, so he better than them. Did you mean any top 25 QB?

He's Anthony Richardson 2.0 and RIchardson is arguably the WORST QB in the league. If he's too stupid to run a dumbed down college offense, I just don't see how he can run an NFL offense. Yes, he's fast and not many can catch him a foot race now but if he makes it to the NFL, pretty much every DB and quite a few LBs/Edge guys can and will catch him.
He MIGHT be able to find a niche job in the league like Taysom Hill with the Saints where he plays a little QB, a little RB, a little WR and on special teams. Trouble is, most NFL teams don't want to use a player like that.
