Bob covered the Hogs since 1981 and was a fixture at SEC Media Days.
He had a heart attack after the Arkansas/Missouri game.
His quick wit was amazing. It'll be such an empty feeling going forward at pressers post Hog games now. He always had the first and last questions.

Sad, sad news.
He was always the most interesting questioner at SEC Media Days. RIP

Holt’s final byline - a collection of vignettes from the Razorbacks' loss to the University of Missouri in the 2024 regular season football finale - appeared in Sunday’s newspaper.
A graduate of Mizzou, Holt was a member of the Football Writers Association of America, served on the board of directors for the U.S. Basketball Writers Association, and was a voter for the Heisman Trophy and the AP Top 25 basketball poll

Honestly, I wish there wasn’t even a “trophy.”
