Kiffin is right. How can USCe be rated over Ole Miss?

This should be a no brainer.

Ole Miss beat them by 24 on their own home field.

H2H doesn't mean anything?

The polls are stupid anyway.

Let's see what the committee has to say this past weekend.

I'm pretty sure they won't jump SC past Bama and they'll use Bama's win over SC head to head to justify it. So, they will also use the same logic to keep Ole Miss one spot ahead of Carolina.

I’ll take 3 teams who won’t win the national championship for 1000 Alex.

But it’s fun to be part of the fray I guess. We’ve done it in basketball.

I for one, find it hilarious. It's a wink and a nod for the Playoff Committee to pick the "Best", not "most deserving". See FSU last year.

It does but it’s only a factor

But I absolutely agree. 28-3 was a drubbing and you can’t ignore that lopsided of a victory. Hell the score is worse if Wells doesn’t fumble into the endzone

People conveniently forget that or act like it doesn’t matter.

Just like they say “SOUTH CAROLINA BEAT #12 CLEMSON! THEY ARE PLAYING THEIR BEST RIGHT NOW!”

Forgetting we beat then #2 Georgia a few weeks ago by 3 scores. And Alabama got blasted by Oklahoma just last week

Anyone who is too scared to play in a championship game doesn't deserve a playoff spot.

Doesn’t negate that we beat South Carolina 27-3 at their place

Best for TV ratings

This is also why Miami will probably get in as well. Cam Ward is must see TV

The “committee” is just COVER for the TV networks getting the teams in with the best players and coaches.

Like we all wouldn’t be saying the same thing as Ole Miss fans if the roles were reversed

That said, I think all 3 get left out.

Of course, but my point still stands.

Pollsters have recency bias.

Irrelevant when you are looking at the entire season.

But to answer your question, we beat #2 Georgia by 3 scores a few weeks ago. Yeah we sucked against Florida. But it’s not like y’all have looked leaps and bounds better than us.
