With the caveat being that Alabama makes the playoff, then he would keep playing.

No doubt. It’s a miracle that we beat A&M with him starting in 2022. I’m tired of the media gaslighting people into thinking he’s a good player.

People keep saying he’s going to be a first round pick but that’s based off of mock drafts and big boards. Those two have little movement this time of year. There’ll be tons of changes of players’ draft positions come January onwards
He could do well at the combine but Anthony Richardson who people compare him to broke records with some of his numbers. Milroe can match him in straight line speed but that’s it.

The first round talk is utterly ridiculous. Watching him play and watching Bryce Young playing was like watching two different players entirely.

Jalen Milroe will NOT be an NFL quarterback. Not for long anyway. His inability to progress through his reads and decipher what a defense is showing him will not be able to be covered up by his insane running ability in the NFL.

If this is the case he won’t be the only one setting out. Booker, Campbell is also a possibility.

I don’t know how any NFL team can look at how little he has progressed in his two seasons as a starter and think that he will be able to progress any in the NFL.
The plays will be more complex, the defenses will be more complex and everything will be faster.

The first round is a stretch but he will be drafted higher than people here think because the MO in the NFL right now is “we can fix project players” especially QBs.
