What are they? I’ve read this on a couple posts, but have no idea what people are talking about.

Only thing I’m aware of is the uproar amongst players (supposedly) after he was benched last year. What else is being said?

The RUMOR is that Milroe has mouthed off to some of the coaches/staff with four letter words in front of others

Is that true? No clue, but it's what a couple of others who claim to have inside information have posted. If it IS true, I would hope that CKD would bench Milroe immediately and demote him to scout team QB.

I hope it's NOT true because that would imply that CKD has some catastrophic leadership issues on the team.

I don't know anything about rumors but just from the eye test he looks like he's playing as if he's trying not to get hurt. I've been watching Alabama for a very long time. I've seen plenty of established QB's benched. I saw one benched at half time in a Natty. I saw one benched down 17 to Auburn only for his backup to lead a big victory. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY COACHES TODAY DONT HAVE THE BALLS TO BENCH ANYBODY. I don't care about NIL and all that crap. Just ask yourself what would Saban do?

I hope it is true. It would fit with this team. There are some cancers and lack of leadership. Has been for two years

Coach Anti suspends anyone that does such a thing and asks them if they want to be part of the team or not. I then call a team meeting tell everyone
what happened and explain to them this can't be tolerated at a championship
program.

NIL or no NIL. Transfer portal or no portal. Coaches have to have discipline or they will not win. Explain this to your players.

Because ultimately the fans really only care about the bottom line (winning) and there aren’t many jobs to be found on LinkedIn that pay $10,000,000+ a year.

The only way college football will ever be sane is if fans are willing to tolerate losses by standing on principle.

It’s hard to be pro-discipline, pro-education, pro-loyalty, anti-transfer portal, anti-NIL, AND have a win-at-all-costs attitude. College fans want it all and that’s not possible.

Maybe it's true, maybe it isn't but what is true is that college football is now professional football. You're describing the behavior of a professional football player.

NIL is a problem for sure, but it's only a problem as it's combined with the transfer portal. If we can get back to where you have to sit out a year if you transfer, it'll mitigate alot of this petulant bullshite.

All this makes me wonder about the guys that transferred. Was it the money or, was it all the disfunction in the locker room?.

Its a problem across the game, but it’s only as big a problem as it is with this team when people let it become such.

No need. Just kick them off the team if they are cussing out coaches and next man up. If you win, you win. If you lose, you lose.

That’s all it takes to thwart all the bullshite of college football. Just don’t put winning first.

Unless the players collectively agree to surrender the right, there is no scenario where any attempt to limit the portal will not be tossed out by the federal courts as a restraint of trade. There is no white knight coming to restore things to the way they used to be. Nobody connected with sports is driving this car right now, the federal courts are in control.

All of that's true.

How do you know they’re false? Were you there? It’s an honest question.

Completely agree. This is what I'm most ticked off with on DeBoer. Give any other qb a shot, especially after the pick six on Sat. If anyone has a problem with that sit their arse too. At this point the only thing to play for is pride. DeBoer's concern about losing a team that's already checked out anyway makes zero sense.

Truth ... and principle will last about 5 minutes with our fan base.

Milroe runs the team so he can mouth off at whoever he wants to.

RUMOR IS he is having such a shitty season that no matter the outcome of the Iron Bowl he’s going to return for his final season of eligibility.

I can almost bet Bond bounced because Milroe was going to butcher his draft stock.
