Been really impressed with him. Still a little raw but learning and getting better fast. Very physical and instinctive.

I get it that he’s a Sophomore, but for him to get a shot and be that game ready is really impressive.

The guy is just solid as hell back there, never out of place.

At the start of the year we all knew the secondary was young and going to take their lumps before getting better and that's exactly what has happened.

I like how the freshmen have all gotten a lot of playing time. They’ve been on the field since game one. Mincey was playing safety against Mercer. He’s so talented. The future is bright.

Our secondary should be one of the top secondaries in the country next season.

That's one thing I love about this defens e that I wasn't too particularly fond of with Sabans. A lot more freshman guys and transfers are getting good playing time even in big games.

Absolutely. It was Dashawn Jones who forced the fumble on the fumble that was returned by Zabien Brown. Mbakwe also played extensively in the game. Hopefully this will pay off here at the end of the season.

Nose for the ball. Like a coach on the field.
