We just beat a top 25 team

34-0. Defense pitched a shutout and created 3 turnovers. I know Mizzou was a little short handed today, but I didn’t see their receivers running wide open today and we were getting a ton of pressure on their quarterback. I thought Jihad had his best game this season. 22 was in the backfield a lot. We rushed for 271 yards. Had 486 total yards. Milroe wasn’t great, but he didn’t make any dumb mistakes, threw for 215 and ran for another 50. I thought the running backs looked really good today as well. Had a few penalties, but other than that, I thought we looked pretty good today. All I’ve seen is negative comments, so here’s some positives. Enjoy the W

Everyone and their mother knew this Mizzou team was suspect and borderline terrible without Cook. All we did was prove that.

What this game showed is our offense has to get better, quickly. LSU can score and is a lot better than Missouri.

Sure but they did just put up 500 yards and 34 points on a top 10 defense. And could have easily made it 41 if they wanted to.

Yep. And Richard Young was a hair away from making it a 41-0 win. Enjoyed watching the ground game finally get it together against a very good defense. Hopefully the passing game can continue to improve.

Our offense played like crap for almost 2 qtrs.

They deserve credit for their win but Missouri’s defense is not top 10. If you look at just SEC play they’re bottom half in the conference. They’re mid tier if you’re looking at just performances against winning FBS teams. They’re not a trash defense but certainly not a top 10 one either

Milroe sucked bad, but it was never going to matter in this game. We’ll see how he handles Tiger Stadium. Hopefully goes 1st half UGA on them, since he’ll be coming off a bye week again.

Wish the staff would give him more carries. He just looks a little more explosive than Justice. That being said, Justices touchdown run was awesome.

I didn't think we'd beat another fbs team without it being a 60 minute stress fess. So I am enjoying the heck out of this one

This just isn’t true. Last week he sucked, but he wasn’t bad today. He had a handful of not so great throws, but he also had some drops. 215 yards passing with zero picks and 50 yards rushing doesn’t suck. Missouri quarterback sucked

I’m sure with all their players they are, my statement was the team we played isn’t. Missing a bunch of players.
