More pressure on A&M this weekend

Both teams have exceeded expectations but in the overall picture there is way more pressure on A&M. They’re home, they’re favored and there is the 1939 and counting thing. We’ve all seen LSU succeed at the highest level many times; while this season is the first real opportunity in decades for A&M to shake a gigantic monkey off their backs.

Which is why it's encouraging that Elko has already bucked several trends: losing on the road, not being able to finish games, etc.

I'd actually think there is more pressure on LSU. Our fans expect a win, especially vs Aggie. Their fans don't have the expectations we do.

It's the other way around. Nobody expects Tickle Me Elko to win the SEC or make the SEC CCG in year one. Nobody thinks aggy is elite enough to win a national title. Brian Kelly is trying to get back to the CCG, and he's supposed to be this amazing coach.

15 years ago, that would be more relevant than today. With transfers and NIL now more than ever: THE FUTURE IS NOW.
There is no guarantee A&M, or LSU would be in this position again any time soon. LSU Has won several NCs and SEC Championships recently. Aggies are desperate to break 1939. That´s the source of pressure.

What is it with Bama and horn fans that always get psyched out before games seeing these big mountains of nerves in front of them? Maybe that’s why your team is struggling. You’re looking at A&M and telling us you’re scared for us. Lol thanks
